We can sell your home, find you an existing home, or find you one of our newly built homes that meets your requirements.  Our team of local Realtors® is here to help you with your real estate needs, whatever your situation may be! 
• Do I have to sell with Hillcrest if I build a Hillcrest home?
  • While you do not have to use our realty services if you are building with us, we would be honored for you to give us the opportunity to show you why over 90% of our clients who build with us also utilize our Realtors® to sell their existing home. • Whats the difference between a full service and discount Brokerage?
  • Hillcrest Realty is a full service Brokerage and offers exactly what the name suggests: full service from the time we first meet through the time of your closing. We will provide you a professional Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to determine the current market price of your house, create a complete MLS listing including marketing on the major real estate platforms, work with other Realtors® and buyers to get your house sold, and handle all of the paperwork and behind the scenes work that gets your house to closing!  A discount Brokerage will help you with certain aspects of selling your home, but you will be on your own through many parts of the process, including setting up showings with buyers, creating your own MLS listing, and marketing your home properly.
