In designing our Ranch plans, we have strived to incorporate special design features to enhance both the appeal from the outside and the livability of the interior floor plan. These design elements include steeper roof pitches,
garage placement, stone exterior accents, mixing different texture elements
on exterior siding, and special window selections.

Inside, our Ranch plans are very exciting, with most models featuring open
concept floor plans with dramatic ceiling styles, making the house feel much
larger than the actual square footage. Such features set our designs apart from typical ranch designs.
