Our Story
Founded in 2001 as a home builder, realtor and developer, Hillcrest offers realty and construction services in the counties of Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Waukesha, Washington, Sheboygan, Fond du Lac, Manitowoc, and Calumet.
We have communities with lots or condominiums in most of these counties. Our construction services are organized in four divisions, 1) Pre-priced home plans, 2) Custom homes, 3) Condominiums and 4) Remodeling. We have in-house design services and selection center and for custom clients work with architects and designers as preferred by our client. Our realty company is growing fast based on exceptional service and the ability for our clients to have one point of contact during the sale of their home and new build, offering convenience and unparalleled focus on our clients’ needs.
