Willow Creek is a maintenance-free lifestyle community located on Main Street
(State Route 32) at Willow on the north side of Sheboygan Falls. As an age qualified community, Willow Creek provides an active, community-oriented lifestyle for these who are "55 and better".

The award winning homes are condominiums in quad or duplex buildings in a community featuring a beautifully appointed and furnished private clubhouse with a great room, fitness room, library and outdoor patio. The clubhouse is designed to be an extension of the condominium homes. Owners can reserve the great room for a private party and the fitness room is always available for residents to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

When completed, the community will have 84 ranch condominiums. All of our homes are "stair-free" but may have an optional basement. This unique quad design provides for a very nice streetscape with garages pulled away from the street.
