Oyvind Solvang has a broad background in construction, industry, and finance. He started Hillcrest in 2001 after having been involved in residential and commercial construction on a project basis through other business ventures. Before dedicating his full time to Hillcrest, Oyvind was for a number of years a principal at Milwaukee based investment firm Lubar & Company where his last project was the startup of Lake Express, the high speed car ferry between Milwaukee and Muskegon, Michigan. Before Lubar & Company, Oyvind was general manager of two manufacturing companies. Oyvind has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah where he also obtained an NCAA skiing championship and he has an MBA from Northwestern University. He has held a variety of board positions of private companies and is currently the board president of Central Cross Country Skiing, a nonprofit organization dedicated to growing the sport in the Midwest.
Tim Manthey joined Hillcrest in 2006 as Manager of Design and has taken on additional responsibilities in purchasing and internal operations over time. He previously worked for a local log home company as a designer and has broad experience in designing custom and standard home plans with strengths the aesthetic, functional and structural parts of the process. Tim has a degree from MATC Madison in Design. He is active in local community service.
Bob Hemauer joined our team in 2004. Previous to Hillcrest, Bob was Manager of Scheduling for Valley Construction. He previously held construction supervision positions and has a total of 20 years of experience in construction and construction management.
Mary Jaberg Liebetrau has been with Hillcrest Realty for five years. She graduated from Kiel High School and Lakeland College and is thrilled to be working in her home territory. Mary taught middle school in West Bend and worked as a Human Resource Director for a major long-term West Bend health care facility. She is a member of the Sheboygan County Board of Realtors and the Government Affairs Committee for Sheboygan County Home Builders Association. Mary is also the Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Osthoff Resort and Spa and a member of the Elkhart Lake Historic Race Circuit Club. Mary has served on her church consistory and as a coordinator for the Volunteer Center of Washington County. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, walking, reading, creating floral arrangements and trying new recipes. Mary is always eager to help customers understand the process and is committed to make it easy and enjoyable. Responsiveness and optimism are two of Mary’s cornerstones leading to her excellent track record.
Kim began her residential real estate career in 2003 and remains dedicated to serving home buyers and sellers in Sheboygan County and surrounding areas. Her dedication and loyalty to her clients makes her a consistent top producer. Kim and her family are longtime residents of Sheboygan Falls. Kim is an active parent at the Sheboygan Falls Schools where her children attend school. Kim enjoys racing where her husband, Jay race a 360 sprint car in Plymouth and Manitowoc. Kim is a member of the Sheboygan Board of Realtor and served on past committees. She belongs to the Wisconsin Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Barb's geographic focus is Ozaukee and Washington counties. Barb has an outstanding 13 year career in real estate with numerous awards and distinctions. She has been "Realtor of the Year" in Ozaukee County and the recipient of M Magazine's "Five Star Award in Client Satisfaction". Barb is also past president of Ozaukee County Realtor's Association and has championed many programs to enhance the overall service provided by the area's realtors. Barb is also very active in the local community. She is past president of the Greater Port Washington Kiwanis Club for 14 years, active member of the Port Washington Main Street Program, and has chaired committees on Port Washington Christmas Parade and Easter events. Barb has exceptional knowledge of real estate regulations based on years as a closing specialist prior to becoming a Realtor. Before joining the realty profession, Barb worked in crime prevention and social services.
